Every cue on the narrator's soundboard is a real recording, not a synthesizer. They come from the
USC Sound Effect Archive
on the Internet Archive â the USC Cinema and Sunset Editorial sound-effects libraries â which are released under the
Creative Commons CC0 1.0
public-domain dedication. Each one was trimmed, faded and level-matched for the television, and most cues have several recordings behind them so the TV can pick a different one each time.
Nothing here requires attribution, but credit where it is due: these were made by working film sound editors, decades ago, and they still land.

The music is your own Spotify playlist. If a recording ever fails to load, the TV quietly falls back to a synthesized version of the same cue or bed so the moment is never silent.
